Notre équipe

Our team of qualified professionals specialize in performance support for equestrian athletes. Although our team is small, each of its members is highly qualified and offers diversified services, always adapted to the needs of riders.

I founded ÉquiMotion in 2017, right out of university. Having been involved in equestrian sports since I was young, I have always wanted to help riders excel in their sport. I quickly noticed that training professionals are little informed about the specific components of the sport. In addition, not all riders have the time and resources to train indoors. This is why our programs and services are offered directly to your stables and require little equipment.

I am proud to build a team of professionals who are also equestrian athletes. They understand the nature and demands of the sport, which places riders in a favorable position to optimize their performance and achieve their goals.

Charles Miller is our mental trainer at Équimotion. Although his background

mainly in basketball, he rubbed shoulders with horses at a younger age and the interest always remained there!

Charles puts his expertise to the benefit of riders to help them break down the mental barriers that can get in the way of achieving their goals. It can help you conquer your fears, manage your performance anxiety, create a pre-competition routine so you're in the zone, help you figure out what your goals are and how to achieve them, and much more.

Audrey is a unique addition to the team. She is a kinesiologist specializing in perineal rehabilitation and offers pre and postnatal support. She is also a rider and understands the physical and physiological demands of the sport. It makes it possible to combine perineal rehabilitation while improving the quality of the trim and the aids of the riders who call on its help! Her expertise allows new or future mothers to stay or get back in the saddle more quickly. She combines her knowledge of equestrian sports and perineal rehabilitation to ensure a safe and comfortable return to the saddle for young mothers.
